You will work on a variety of restoration projects, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Trusted by Insurance Builders and commercial clients, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering rapid response, high quality workmanship, and top end site reporting.Reporting directly to the Restoration Technician is responsible for (but not limited to) site reporting, technical restoration, treatment, and cleaning of allocated sites. The Role


We are seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our Queensland team. This role is perfect for someone hands-on, motivated, and ready to make a real difference helping clients recover from property damage. You will work on a variety of restoration projects, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Trusted by Insurance Builders and commercial clients, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering rapid response, high quality workmanship, and top end site reporting.

Reporting directly to the Restoration Technician is responsible for (but not limited to) site reporting, technical restoration, treatment, and cleaning of allocated sites. It is predominantly a multi-site-based role and includes dealing with customers and utilising specialised restoration equipment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct restoration work on residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, storm, or other damage
  • Safely operate tools and equipment relevant to the restoration trade
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

About You

  • Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work
  • Previous experience as a restoration technician or in a related trade
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
